If you decide within 30 days of receiving your Vanatoo speakers that you are not totally satisfied, you can return them for a complete refund. All we ask is that you pay for the return shipping.

If you purchased your speakers from Amazon.com and decide within the 30 day period to return your speakers, contact Amazon.com and follow their return procedures. http://www.amazon.com/gp/css/returns/homepage.html
If You Purchased via Vanatoo.com
If you purchased your speakers from the Vanatoo.com site and decide within the 30 day period to return your speakers, contact Vanatoo by email or phone before the end of the 30 days to initiate the return process. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and give you return instructions. Package up the speakers and accompanying contents in the original packaging, place the white Vanatoo box in an over box to protect it, and ship them back using the shipping company of your choice. When we receive the returned merchandise, we will inspect it to verify all items have been returned in their original condition. Providing the returned merchandise passes the inspection we will issue a credit for your original purchase price.
Please note that the product must be returned in NEW condition, in its original box, and must include all the original packing materials, manuals and accessories. If any of the merchandise is missing, damaged or not in like-new condition, an appropriate fee will be charged.
Vanatoo will not charge a restocking fee if the product is shipped back in its original condition and original packaging.
What if I no longer have the original packing materials?
It is essential that Vanatoo speakers be returned in their original undamaged packaging, as it was specifically designed to ensure safe transport. If you did not retain the original packaging, contact us and we will send you a new set of packaging at a nominal fee.
